The TwinFIT app

| Subscription: Premium status, expiry date, Google Play purchase identifier | Unlock the Premium features | Performance of the contract |

Height, weight, date of birth and sex are used only for your own calculations (relative load, volume, estimates) and are never shared.
Sensors and watch
In semi-automatic mode, the readings of the sensor worn on your wrist (a Wear OS watch or a WitMotion sensor: accelerometer and gyroscope) are processed on your phone to detect the start and the end of each set. These raw readings are not sent to our servers; only the recorded set (exercise, reps, load, duration) is saved, exactly as if you had typed it.
On Wear OS, the watch app exchanges the current session’s information with the phone.
Twin, the assistant
Twin answers your training questions and can draft templates and routines for you. To do so, your messages and, if your plan allows it, a summary of your recent history are sent to a language-model provider, Mistral AI (France), which processes them to generate the answer and does not use them to train its models. Your conversations with Twin are stored only on your phone: we keep no copy on our servers, and they are gone when you clear them or uninstall the app.
Twin is not a doctor. In case of pain or injury, see a healthcare professional.
Where your data is hosted
The app’s data is hosted by Nhost (Nhost AB) on servers located in the European Union (region eu-central-1, Frankfurt, Germany). Premium subscription payments are handled by Google Play: we never see or store any payment details.
We do not sell your data and share it with no advertiser. The app embeds no advertising or analytics SDK.
For how long
Your data is kept as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your account, profile, history and photo are removed from our servers immediately; technical backups are overwritten within 7 days. Technical logs are kept for at most 12 months.
Your rights
You can access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and ask for its portability. Most of this is possible directly in the app (Settings → Profile, Settings → Delete account). For the rest, write to support@twinfit.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
To delete your account, see Delete my account.
Minors
TwinFIT is intended for people aged 16 and over.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page; the app will tell you about any important change.
