Delete my account
You can delete your TwinFIT account at any time. Deletion is permanent.
From the app
- Open TwinFIT and tap the Settings icon at the top right of the home screen.
- At the very bottom, tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted right away and the app signs you out.
By email
If you no longer have access to the app, write to support@twinfit.fr from your account’s email address, with the subject “Account deletion”. We will confirm the deletion within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and credentials.
- Your profile (username, name, date of birth, sex, height, weight, goals, photo).
- Your whole training history: sessions, sets, custom exercises, templates, routines.
- Your conversations with Twin, which are stored only on your phone: deleting the account clears them from the app.
The data is erased from our servers immediately, and from technical backups within 7 days.
What is kept
- Your Premium purchase history stays with Google Play, under Google’s rules: remember to cancel your subscription in Google Play before deleting your account, otherwise it keeps being billed.
- Anonymised technical logs, for at most 12 months.
